I, too, wish organics were more affordable, and I don't always opt for them for that very reason. In fact, I just bought a bag of limes for $.99--the organic version was $3.49--and limes are not one of those things where organic matters (lemon usually does because I use the zest). But I digress. The point is, organic is overwhelmingly more nutritious.
