Syrup

So, Whole Foods also carries a "pancake syrup" that looks like it might be maple-derived but isn't. I wasn't doing detective work in the sweetener aisle; it just caught my as I was shopping for agave nectar. I know. You didn't expect me to sweeten my chocolate-soy pudding with high fructose corn syrup, though, did you?

I'd recently read about a "guacamole" product in the supermarkets. It was made without any avocado.
