Believe it or not, it takes a lot to irritate me to the point that I yell.
And yet, my voice is hoarse from screaming at Gracie this morning.
When, in the past, I've compared kitty mommyhood to actual motherhood, I've offered the following disclaimer: I realize that actual motherhood is much more difficult, etc. Nonetheless, I think at this point I can't imagine how even a toddler in a temper tantrum could be more annoying, more detrimental to one's trying to get ready in the morning, than that whiny little bi&ch. She's that aggravating.
I ignored her for as long as I could, until I lost it and yelled, "SHUT UP, GRACIE!" She settled down for a few minutes before starting up again.
It's really, really annoying.
