I am more gluttonous than I am vain, for better or for worse, so the prospect of looking horrendous at the beach is not providing the motivation I hoped it would. However, I would sooner subsist on twigs for as long as it takes than see Focus on the Family, for example, get a penny of my money. I read about this over a year ago, and it didn't appeal to me, but now I wonder if it's what I need to get beach-ready.
