I've retired the mom blog (mom's historic warm, fuzzy affirmations are still available in the archives (posts labeled 'mom blog' and, for the best of those, 'classic')). I enjoyed the years of fat talk and running commentary on my hair and personality as much as you did, but mom moved on and so must the blog.
the seed article is really interesting. i've learned that corn is something that people are increasingly becoming allergic to; I'd like to think it's because it's been modified. and sometimes i wonder about the people who are allergic to regular beef but do ok with grass fed beef, that speaks volumes to me. evil food industry!
